HPGSPC PIPELINE COMMANDS

The specific script hp_dir performs the following tasks:

• accumulates a time profile of the collimator position
• generates time window for the collimator positions ("on", "off-" and "off+")
• merges collimator time windows with the no Earth occultation time window (file no_occultation.window, see above)
• accumulates separate spectra for different collimator positions
• subtracts "off-" from "on" spectrum and applies the relevant needed corrections
